Hey ladies.  The weather is warmer and we will be out and about this month.  There are a ton of events going on around the city.  Be sure to check out the Brown Mamas’ Events Page for city events.  For mama meet-ups you are in the right place.  We will have a total of 3 meet-ups this May.  I hope to see you there!

Mom Meet-ups

The annual Children’s Festival will be underway; so, why not meet-up there.  PBM has done this meet-up for the last two years and every year we have a good time.  With the exception of some theater shows, the entire festival is FREE.  We will meet in the main festival area on Penn Avenue at 12 pm. See ya there!

It’s time for our monthly mom’s night out again.  Let’s have dinner at the Bonefish Grill for some cocktails, conversation and laughter.  See ya at 7:30 pm.

Would you like to communicate better with your baby?  Are you or your child hard-of-hearing? Do you have a child with a disability that prevents him/her from speaking? If so, try out this American Sign Language Mama N’ Me Meet-up.  My kids loved taking sign language classes with Michelle Walker of Lend An Ear Consulting.  Meet us at 2:00 pm at the Carnegie Library in the Hill District.  This class is FREE.
