While I know it ’tis the season to be giving, I can’t help to think about all of us mamas who will be giving until our souls are exhausted this holiday season and going into the New Year on financial, emotional and physical fumes.  So, in the spirit of this, I’m hoping you ladies will join me in my 12 Days of Taking Challenge!

While I know you mamas will be buying gifts, cooking dinners & decorating trees this holiday season, I’m challenging you to give something to yourself during the first 12 days of December before you start give, give, giving in the days leading up to Christmas and the New Year.

How do you join? Well’s its super easy.  Just use your social media to tout your 12 Days of Taking experiences with the #TAKETODAY.  Whether you are enjoying a cup of coffee for 5 minutes in silence, taking a 30-minute walk around the block during your lunch hour, buying yourself a new pair of gloves, taking 10 minutes on the bus to read a good book or giving yourself a facial before bed, use the hashtag #TAKETODAY  and post a pic doing it.  Show other mamas that you are taking time today for yourself so that you will have the internal energy give to the people around you during this warm and fuzzy time of year.  Happy posting!  I hope to see you taking!
