blog Beyonce’s 3 Ways to Upgrade Your Man

UPGRAD2

Whether you are looking to update your hubby’s style or trying ways to transform the man of the moment into the man of your dreams, take a little advice from Brown Mommy Beyonce and upgrade your man’s style, money and  mind.

1. Help him build up that account: A real man loves to show off his woman, so why not make a buck doing so.  Show up to his job looking fabulous (a nice sundress, updo, flawless hair and makeup) with a plate of his co-workers favorite cookies.  Nothing spurs respect like a little bit of envy.  Most men who own their own businesses or are climbing the corporate ladder, are the total package: wife, or girlfriend about to be a wife, kid, nice care, garden.  It’s his better half’s job to play her part while he takes the lead role by adding that imagery to his lifestyle. You are the compliment to the deal.

2. Audemars Piguet him: Nothing defines a man’s style better than his timepiece.  Even if the bezels in his watch can’t be courtesy of Audemars , you can cancel six month’s of eating out on your lunch break and pop-up with a Bulova Men’s Stainless Steel Watch that will blow his mind.  Try this: “My boss’s boss, you know the President, I seen him wearing one of those and I knew you would like it.”  Trust, he’ll be doing chores for weeks.

3. Introduce him to some new things: Send him books in the mail. It’s very seldom your man receives something in the mail addressed to him that is not a bill.  Use that against, but in favor of him.  Start off with ESPN Magazine, or even Maxim.  Conspire with a close male relative and tell him Uncle Glen got a two for one deal on magazines and decided to send one to him.  Once you get him reading, Uncle Glen can send anything to the house he wants…lol.  You can introduce him to books on Fine Wines , the Esquire Men’s Style Handbook .

One more thing,  my dad always says is stop giving your man so much credit, he’s just not that smart.  So don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t work at first.  You are the rock and if you keep at it, these strategies will work for you just like they paid off for B.

I can do for you what Martin did for the people. Ran by the men but the women keep the tempo.
