Chanel Allen

Chief Operations Officer

Chanel is a wife, mother and lover of good food and good music. She started her leadership journey over 20 years ago, but it wasn’t until her most challenging role in the education system, that she realized she had to stop resisting her calling to lead, put on her big girl shoes, and fully step into this thing. It was hard. It challenged Chanel to see her own flaws as a leader, communicator, and within her relationships etc. That experience motivated Chanel to become a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach & DISC Consultant and to form Allen IMPACT Consulting, llc in 2020, to help women thrive as transformational leaders. Chanel was humbled and excited to bring her passion, talents and experience to the Brown Mamas community as a Monologues storyteller, mentor and now COO. Chanel is embracing this next chapter in her life and career.
