This fall season the Cultural Trust is bringing family-friendly Pittsburgh theater for teens and toddlers!  The Citizen’s Bank Children’s Theater Series will run November to May.  It is designed for kids ages 3 & up.  The EQT Bridge Theater Series will run from December to May and is appropriate for kids ages 7 & up.

Dragons, Test Dummies and Rainbow Fish are all on the schedule for the 48th Annual Citizen’s Bank Children’s Theater.  From November to May five dynamic shows will travel to Pittsburgh North, South, East, West and Central.  Seneca Valley High School, Marshall High School, Mt. Lebanon High School and Cornell High School will all host the monthly shows one at a time.  PLUS, the Byham Theater will host three special showings.

Here are some of the dates to mark on your calendar.

Test Dummies – Sun., Nov. 12th – Sun., Nov. 19th

Skippyjon Jones Snow What – Sun., Jan. 7th – Sun., Jan. 14th

Carnival of the Animals – Fri., Feb. 23 – Sat., Feb. 24

Dragons Love Tacos and Other Stories – Tues., April 10th – Mon., April 16, 2018

The Rainbow Fish – May 17- 20, 2018 (During the 2018 EQT Children’s Festival)

If your kids are passed toddler age, The EQT Bridge Theater Series is designed for kids ages 7 & up.

Begin a tradition of artistic expression with your older kids by amazing them with a show during the EQT Bridge Theater Series’ hosted at both the August Wilson Center and Trust Arts Education Center in Downtown’s Cultural District.

The shows run from December to May.  Here are the shows and dates to remember.

Water on Mars – Fri., Dec. 15th to Sat., Dec. 16th

The 13-Story Treehouse – Sat., Jan. 27th – Sun., Jan. 28th

Feathers of Fire – Fri., March 2nd – Sat., March 3rd

The Young King – Sun., May 20, 2018 (During the EQT Children’s Theater Festival)

A season-long subscription pass starts at $36.  Day of seats to any show are $10.50 in advance and $12 the day of the show. Kids 2 years and under need a lap pass, but are FREE.  Can’t wait to see you there. Enter our giveaway below!
